Do you have all products in stock?

At Birdking we pride ourself on our huge range, and on having almost all of our products constantly in stock.  We always aim to process orders and ship products within 3 business days of receiving your order.  At this time we are dispatching on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Do I need to create an account to make purchases online?

Yes. Creating an account is quick and easy and has the following benefits:

  • All your online purchase history is saved in your account
  • You can shop faster with access to your previous orders
  • Track new orders
  • Shipping details are pre-populated

How do I view my order history?

To view your order history:

  • 'Sign In' to your account at the top right of the screen
  • Click ‘Completed Orders’.
  • This will show you all the previous orders you have made. Click ‘View Order’ to see the details of the orders.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password click ‘Sign In’ in on the top right. This will bring you to the “Log In” page. After you enter your email address you can click on ‘Forgot your password’. Your password will then be sent to your email address.

What payment types are accepted?

Birdking accepts payments from VISA, MASTERCARD and PAYPAL. We can also accept direct payments into our bank account. Please contact if you wish to choose this option.

How do I know my credit card details are safe?

To ensure the safety of your personal credit card details we use the Stripe Payments Transaction gateway (unless paying via PAYPAL). They work with some of Australia’s largest financial institutions. You can read about them at

What do I do if I have not received my shipping confirmation?

If you have not received your shipping confirmation please email and we will assist you in tracking your order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We prefer our orders to be made online - this is why we can offer such great prices. But if you are experiencing difficulties placing an order please feel free to give us a call on (02) 8517 3914 and we will happily assist you.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

At this time Birdking is not able to offer customer picks ups,  but our delivery prices are extremely competitive at just $7.95 in metro Sydney.

Can I change or add items to my order once I have checked out?

You cannot make online changes to your order once you have checked out, however if you do wish to change or cancel your order please contact us at within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop the order before it has been dispatched.
If we are unable to stop your order (if it has already been dispatched), you may wish to return your purchase to us. Please see our Returns Policy.

Data Security

Birdking takes its responsibilities and obligations to protect the personal information of its customers very seriously. We do not use your personal information for anything other than to understand where to ship your goods to, and so that we know who, where, and what our customers are ordering. We may also use it to provide you access to special offers we have. We will never sell this data to any 3rd parties.
