Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post and you will receive a tracking email from them so you can keep track of your order.
Delivery time frames
Once you have placed your order, you can expect dispatch on the following Tuesday or Friday from our Sydney Warehouse. Most orders will then take another 2-3 business days to arrive for metro areas (but could be up to 7-10 days for WA and regional areas). If we are unable to dispatch within this timeframe we will let you know via email, give you approximate dispatch timeframes, and also give you the chance to cancel should you choose.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are priced dependant on postcode. For an accurate delivery quote place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, and and then either click the Shopping Cart icon (at the top right), or proceed to checkout. There is a ‘Estimate Shipping & Tax’ calculator under your selected products. Enter the postcode of your shipping address and click the ‘Estimate Shipping & Tax’ button. The shipping cost calculator will display the total cost for delivery to your selected postcode or suburb.
If the quoted rates seem unreasonable please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org - we can investigate if there are any other options.
Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much shipping will be. All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.
Are all products in stock?
At Birdking we pride ourself on our huge range, and on having at least 95% of our products constantly in stock. We always aim to dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your order. As per above this is done on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order they will typically leave your package in a secure location near your front door.
Birdking will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
What happens if my order does not arrive in the estimated time frame?
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
We are not currently able to offer customer pickups, but our delivery prices in metro Sydney are extremely competitive at just $7.95
